Well in December we put our house up for sale and bought a lot in the same neighborhood a few streets over to build on once we had sold our house. Well we go an offer in March and closed the first of May. So now we are in a rental house waiting on our new house to be built. We are told it we be ready by the first of February. Here are a few pictures of the lot! We feel pretty lucky that our house sold in 91 days. There are some houses in our neighborhood that have been up for well over 6 months to 1 year. I guess it was meant to be!

Hi there! Congratulations for successfully selling your house! That house must be gorgeous to get sold in just 3 months. Did the transaction with the buyers go well? I hope you didn’t have to make short sale just to sell your house. I feel sorry for your neighbors; they should put their houses in the market listings for faster sale.
